Enter the code shown on your ovens display
Is it safe to keep using it?
Depends on code severity. Low/Medium codes often allow continued use, High severity requires immediate stop.
Can error codes be reset?
Some codes clear after power cycle. Persistent codes indicate underlying issues needing repair.
When should I stop using it?
Stop immediately for water leak codes, burning smell, or any High severity error.

Code
Meaning
Severity
Common Symptom
DOOR-ERR
Door not sealing
Medium
Passing a hand near (not touching) the door edge reveals warm to hot air escaping from the top, bottom, or sides of the closed door — confirming a seal failure.
View
F1
Watchdog timer fault
High
The oven display cycles the F1 code repeatedly and the entire control panel becomes unresponsive — no bake, broil, or convection function can be selected.
View
F2
Oven over-temperature
High
Bake or broil elements de-energize automatically and the display shows F2, often paired with a continuous alarm beep.
View
F3
Shorted oven sensor
High
The control panel shows F3 as soon as the oven is powered on, before any cooking function is selected, indicating a persistent sensor fault.
View
F4
Open oven sensor
High
Selecting any bake, broil, or convection function results in F4 and no heat output — the board refuses to energize elements without a valid sensor signal.
View
F5
Control board failure
High
The control panel shows F5 on startup or during operation and all bake, broil, and convection modes are locked out — the board has declared itself unable to operate safely.
View
F7
Door lock over-temp fault
Medium
The self-clean cycle stops partway through and the display shows F7, leaving the door locked until the oven cavity cools below the unlock threshold.
View
F8
Door lock switch fault
Medium
The self-clean function displays F8 immediately — the board cannot confirm the door is locked and refuses to allow the high-heat clean cycle to proceed.
View
F9
Door lock motor stuck
Medium
The door lock motor stalls partway through its travel and F9 appears, leaving the door in a partially locked state and the oven inaccessible.
View
NO-HEAT
No heat produced
High
A target temperature is entered and accepted by the display, but the oven never warms — an independent thermometer placed inside confirms the cavity stays at room temperature.
View
PF
Power failure detected
Low
The oven powers back on after an outage and shows PF on the display. All oven functions are available once the code is acknowledged.
View
UNEVEN
Uneven heating pattern
Medium
Cookies, cakes, or bread consistently emerge darker on one side or at one corner, while the opposite side is pale and underdone.
