He holds EPA Section 608 certification and has completed factory training programs for DCS, Fisher & Paykel, and Viking professional equipment. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Michael has personally diagnosed and repaired over 4,000 professional-grade ranges, grills, and cooktops across residential and commercial installations.

Before joining DCS Repair Guide as lead technical writer, Michael spent seven years as a senior field technician for an authorized Fisher & Paykel service network, where he specialized in dual-fuel range calibration, ceramic radiant grill systems, and sealed-burner cooktop diagnostics.
